OUR TEAM
It takes a lot of hard work to run a farm and we couldn't do it on our own. As a farm, we employ seasonal staff every year to help with the harvest of Apples and delicious Kent Cherries.
As an all year log & firewood supplier we have our resident staff and family members to keep the business running smoothly.

Pierce Mill Farm
We work together as a team running Pierce Mill Farm. Our mix of skills keep the farm running. Tina covers all office and admin roles. Mike is the boss. You will often see us out and about together and we wouldn't have it any other way!

Sturdy Stores
Dan is Tina's son who joined us at Pierce Mill Farm in 2018. He is a valuable asset at the farm. He manages our Deliveries. He is Superviser during the harvest and covers the office duties when we are away. He has started his own venture Sturdy Stores, to order visit his page on the link below.

NICK
Pierce Mill Sweep
Nick is Mike's son and helps us out at the farm when he can. Nick is also a Chimney Sweep and many of our log customers use Pierce Mill Sweep for their chimney and fireplace needs. Nick runs his own diary, you can contact him directly.

AARON
A Beacham Farm Services
Aaron is Mike's stepson and runs his own business as a Farm and Machinery Mechanic. He is based at the farm and he is invaluable member of the Pierce Mill farm team. He repairs all our agricultural machinery and farm vehicles.
