Products and Services

We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs, prices, and other information displayed on our website are accurate. However, minor variations may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and update product information where necessary.

Returns, Refunds and Customer Satisfaction Policy

At Pierce Mill Farm, we take pride in supplying quality ready-to-burn logs and fresh fruit. We want our customers to be happy with their purchases. If you are dissatisfied with an order, please contact us so that we can discuss the issue and find a fair solution.

Ready-to-Burn Logs

If your logs arrive damaged, are not as described, or you believe they do not meet the advertised quality, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Where possible, please provide photographs and details of the problem to help us assess your complaint.

If your complaint is upheld, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, collection, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights.

If you change your mind about a purchase, unused logs may be eligible for return, subject to the applicable cancellation rules and any reasonable return arrangements agreed with us. Return delivery costs may be your responsibility where permitted by law.

Fresh Fruit

We aim to supply fresh, good-quality fruit. As fruit is perishable, we ask customers to check their delivery promptly upon arrival.

If your fruit arrives damaged, spoiled, mouldy, or otherwise unsuitable, or if the order is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably on the day of delivery. Please provide photographs where possible.

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution.

Because fresh fruit is perishable, we cannot generally accept change-of-mind returns once it has been purchased. This does not affect your statutory rights if the fruit is faulty, not of satisfactory quality, or not as described.
